Old news worth re-visiting!!
2009 ... another season closed.
Wishing everyone Happy Holidays and a prosperous New Year for 2010 from all of us at Team-SS-Racing!!
Team-SS-Racing only had one entry at the Newport/Oldtown race due to scheduling issues. Russ Stone carried the banner in 178R and luck just wasn't on our side. After a slight motor "stick" in race #2 on Saturday, it was decided to pull out of competition for Sunday. Though it was AOF Western Divisionals and double points on the line, we made the "smart" choice to keep it on the beach. Hopefully we can get a couple motors together and come to Ione on August 1st-2nd with all three boats ready to go.
Team-SS-Racing will be headed to Electric City, WA this weekend for the second race of the season, hosted by Sunbanks Resort on Banks Lakes. Still have to recap the last race so we'll work on that when we get back! ;-)
Team-SS-Racing will be headed to Elk River, Idaho this weekend for the 2009 season opener. Sounds like the weather should be decent and hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable time!! Come down and join us if you can... it's a beautiful setting.
